# Early access and beta use

> Know what early access means before relying on a DRX workflow.

DRX is in early access. Some screens and workflows are still being tested with approved users.

## Check the guide first

* A guide marked **beta** covers behavior that may change.
* A conditional guide explains when the matching screen or permission may be unavailable.
* Code in the repository does not prove that an app, integration, or workflow is open to every user.
* Do not rely on an iPhone, Android, offline, payment-processing, or integration claim unless the guide confirms the current release state.

## Use safe test data

Use a fictional business and fictional records for training or screenshots. Do not record practice sales, payments, balances, or Inventory movements in real business records.

## If the screen differs

Stop and check the current page label, active business, assigned access, and release note. Use [Help and support](/start/help-and-support) when the guide and screen do not match.
