# DRX glossary

> Current product names and common terms used across DRX guides.

* **Deelrx CRM**: the formal product name.
* **DRX**: the primary name used inside the product and Help Center.
* **Inventory**: products, received goods, current counts, adjustments, and related records.
* **Point of Sale**: the checkout workspace used to build and complete a sale.
* **Orders & Receipts**: the saved-sale history used to confirm items, customer state, payment record, and totals.
* **Store Credit**: an open customer balance recorded in DRX. DRX records the balance and payment method; it does not itself move money.
* **Workspace** or **business**: one business record with its own team access and operating data.
* **Alias Mode**: the privacy preset with a default 30-day inactive-customer retention window.
* **Standard Mode**: the privacy preset with a default 180-day inactive-customer retention window.
* **Full Customer Mode**: the privacy preset with a default 365-day inactive-customer retention window.
* **Retention cleanup**: the process that permanently deletes qualifying inactive customer records when it runs.
* **DRX Intelligence**: beta suggestions that must be checked against saved business records.
