Prohibited Activities

Zero Tolerance Violations

Immediate Termination: The following activities will result in immediate account termination without refund or data export.

Controlled Substances and Illegal Drugs

Strictly Prohibited: Any business involving controlled substances, illegal drugs, or substances regulated by the DEA, including but not limited to:
  • Marijuana dispensaries or cannabis businesses
  • Illegal drug sales or distribution
  • Controlled substance manufacturing
  • Any cannabis-related business operations
  • Hemp or CBD businesses (unless fully legal in all jurisdictions)
No Exceptions: This prohibition applies regardless of local or state laws. Federal law takes precedence.

Illegal Activities

  • Money laundering or financial fraud
  • Tax evasion or fraudulent reporting
  • Ponzi schemes or investment fraud
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Harassment, stalking, or threats
  • Doxxing or privacy violations
  • Unauthorized data collection
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Trade secret theft
  • Counterfeit goods or services
  • Unauthorized software distribution

Platform Abuse

  • Reverse engineering or decompiling software
  • Attempting to extract source code
  • Bypassing security measures
  • Creating unauthorized integrations
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Impersonating other users or businesses
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Excessive API usage or rate limit violations
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Malicious software distribution
  • Interfering with service operations

Content and Communication Violations

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Adult content or explicit material
  • Content promoting illegal activities

Immediate Termination Triggers

No Warning Required: The following violations result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

  • Illegal drug sales or distribution
  • Financial fraud or money laundering
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Harassment or threats
  • Malicious software distribution
  • Attempting to compromise system security
