- Log out from shared or public devices

Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Tax evasion or fraudulent reporting
- Identity theft or impersonation
Controlled Substances
- Strictly Prohibited: Use of DeelRx CRM for any business involving controlled substances, illegal drugs, or substances regulated by the DEA
- This includes but is not limited to: marijuana dispensaries, illegal drug sales, or any cannabis-related business operations
- Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund
Other Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Interfering with Service operations or security

Trial Period
- 3-day free trial for new users
- No credit card required for trial
- Full access to all features during trial
- Automatic conversion to paid plan after trial expires
Billing and Payments
- Billing cycles: Monthly or annual
- Payment processing via Stripe
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled mid-cycle
Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
Service Availability and Modifications

- We strive for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:- Modify or discontinue features
- Update the Service interface
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Implement new security measures
Termination
Termination by You
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
Termination by Us
We may terminate your account immediately if you:- Violate these Terms of Service
