Best Practices

Perform regular physical counts to ensure your records match reality. Discrepancies can indicate theft, damage, or recording errors.
Configure low-stock alerts based on your sales patterns. Too low and you’ll run out; too high and you’ll get false alarms.
Record all inventory movements, including sales, returns, damage, and theft. Complete records help identify problems and trends.
Regularly review your inventory reports to identify slow-moving items, popular products, and optimization opportunities.

Troubleshooting

Check that you’re recording sales properly. Stock levels should update automatically when you log transactions.
Adjust your alert thresholds. You can set different thresholds for different products based on their importance and sales patterns.
Try using the search function or check your filters. Make sure the product wasn’t accidentally deleted or moved to a different category.
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. The mobile interface works in any modern web browser.
