DRX Intelligence is a beta feature. Access to a page does not prove that its analysis service is available. Use it only where enabled for your account. Suggestions do not approve price changes, Inventory corrections, or credit decisions. They do not guarantee future sales or profit.

Review a suggestion

  1. Open the Intelligence page provided to your account and confirm the business.
  2. Find the relevant product and read the analysis, supporting values, and any error or availability message.
  3. Compare the price and costs with the current product record in Inventory.
  4. Check recent Orders & Receipts and Inventory movements before relying on demand or restocking advice.
  5. Ask the authorized decision-maker to review the suggestion. Make any approved change through the usual product or Inventory controls and verify the saved result.
Do not assume an analysis button changes the product. Do not assume a displayed suggestion is current merely because the page loaded. Do not put customer records or private balances into free-form AI input or public feedback.

What happens next

Keep using verified prices, counts, and your business’s approval process. If analysis is unavailable, do not alter source records to force a result. Check the actual checkout separately before continuing sales.
