Intelligence is missing or analysis fails

  1. Confirm the business and whether your account has approved beta access.
  2. Read the page’s error. A loaded page does not prove the analysis service is available.
  3. Check your connection and reopen the page once.
  4. If analysis remains unavailable, contact private support. Do not create sales, change costs, or adjust Inventory to force a suggestion.

A suggestion looks wrong

Compare it with the saved product price, cost, Inventory count, and recent orders. A suggestion may not reflect recent changes or the way your shop works. Check any period or timestamp actually shown; do not assume an unlabelled value covers today. Have the authorized decision-maker review it before any change. A suggestion is not approval to alter a price, limit, or balance.

A change has an uncertain result

Open the actual product or Inventory record and check its history before trying again. If another person changed it, agree on the correction with them. Do not bypass a permission or approval requirement through a different screen. Check checkout separately if you need to keep selling. Working analysis does not prove that checkout is healthy, and an analysis failure alone does not prove checkout failed.
