Checking your numbers across platforms

On Desktop Web (Browser)

  1. Make sure your active store is selected in the top-left dropdown, then click Home in the sidebar.
  2. Glance at Sales Today, transaction count, Cash Sales, average sale, tax, and subtotal.
  3. For deep-dive analysis, click Reports in the left navigation:
    • Check the Window: selector (choose Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or custom dates).
    • Review sales, cash tenders, tax, subtotal, average sale, Today COGS, Gross Profit, inventory, and Outstanding Credit (active customer balances).
    • Review recent sales and top products for the selected reporting window.
  4. Want to see individual receipts behind the totals? Click Sales in the sidebar to review the last 50 completed orders in chronological order.

On iPhone (Native iOS App)

  1. Open the DRX app and tap the Dashboard tab in the bottom bar.
  2. Review completed sales, cash sales, average sale, tax, and subtotal for the business-local day.
  3. Tap the Reports tab to review the selected day’s totals and recent sales.
  4. Need to refresh? Just pull down on the screen to grab the latest numbers from the cloud.

On Android & Mobile Web

  1. From the register, tap the More tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Select Today’s numbers to view completed sales, cash sales, transaction count, average sale, tax, and subtotal for the business-local day. Use the date controls to compare another day.
  3. At closing time, open End of shift to count down your cash drawer, verify your card payment slips, and confirm your register totals before shutting down for the night.

Exporting reconciliation data (Web)

Need to send sales data to your accountant or bookkeeper? Desktop web gives you a fast, clean CSV export:
  1. In the web app, head to Reports.
  2. Select your desired date range using the Window: selector.
  3. Click Export reconciliation CSV.
  4. Save the file to your secure store folder. You can open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets to verify daily tax totals, cash tenders, and line-item sales.
Keep in mind: A downloaded CSV file is a private snapshot of your store’s sales. Store it in a secure folder—deleting records inside DRX later on will not magically delete spreadsheets you already downloaded to your laptop!
