A dark DRX path connects business setup, organized products, and a saved sale record. Welcome to DRX! Whether you run a bustling downtown shop, a neighborhood retail counter, or a quick-moving pop-up, DRX is built to keep your stock accurate, your cash drawer honest, and your lines moving fast. Before ringing up real customers, take five minutes to set up your store workspace. If you’re a cashier or store manager joining an existing crew, don’t create a brand-new store—just ask your store owner to send you a team invite!

Step 1: Sign in or create your owner account

On Desktop Web (Browser)

  1. Open your invitation link or head to the DRX sign-in page.
  2. Sign in with your email or username. If you’re the store owner setting up shop for the very first time, choose Create an account.
  3. Choose a strong password or use your magic link to sign in.

On iPhone (Native iOS App)

  1. Launch the DRX app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Sign In on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter your credentials or use Face ID/Touch ID to unlock your store session.

On Android & Mobile Web

  1. Open the DRX web app in Chrome or your mobile browser.
  2. For quick counter access, tap your browser menu and choose Add to Home screen to install the mobile register shortcut.
  3. Sign in to your account.
Pro Tip: Don’t test your live register by ringing up your buddy for an imaginary $1,000 cart on your real store books—your accountant will have words with you! If you want to train your crew, ask support to spin up a demo store where you can test to your heart’s content.

Step 2: Set up your store workspace

When you sign in as a new owner, the setup wizard will guide you through the essentials:

On Desktop Web

  1. At Welcome to DRX, click Set Up My Business.
  2. Enter your Full name and your official Business name. Click Continue.
  3. Choose your retail category, then confirm your City, State or region, and Country.
  4. Check your Currency and Time zone. If you collect sales tax, toggle Yes and enter your store’s approved Tax rate (%).
  5. Choose whether to track inventory stock. When asked to invite team members, click Invite someone now if your crew is ready, or pick I’ll do this later to jump straight to the counter.
  6. Review your summary on the Review your setup screen, hit Create My Workspace, and you’re ready to roll!

On iPhone (Native iOS)

  1. The native setup screen prompts you for your store name, primary currency, and local sales tax percentage.
  2. Enter your store details and tap Create Workspace.
  3. Your iPhone immediately configures your local register database so you can start ringing up sales right away.

On Android & Mobile Web

  1. Follow the mobile-optimized setup steps to name your shop and set your tax percentage.
  2. Tap Save & Launch Register to open the main counter view.

Step 3: What to do next

Once your store is live, here’s how your daily workflow looks across your devices:
  • Desktop Web: Keeps your full command center at your fingertips. The left sidebar gives you instant access to Home, Products, New sale, Sales, and Settings.
  • iPhone App: Designed for handheld retail. Tap POS at the bottom to ring up customers, tap Inventory to check stock, or tap Customers to look up store credit and tabs.
  • Android / Mobile Register: Built for compact tablet stands and mobile phones. Use the bottom navigation bar to switch between the Register, Stock, Customers, and More menus.
The Getting Started checklist on Home updates from the selected business’s saved profile, products, customers, and sales. If DRX cannot refresh that progress, choose Try again; the checklist stays hidden until its status can be checked. Head over to Settings first to review your store’s privacy settings before adding customer details. Then jump into Products to put your first items on the shelf!
